Coaching is given in small groups based on age and ability. Emphasis is on enjoyment and fulfilling the individual potential of every child not just on the naturally most able. We aim to give every child a lasting love of cricket and if that helps us to provide a supply of young cricketers to our senior sides in the years to come, so much the better.

Care, protection and a safe environment is essential. To this end West End (Esher) CC are currently working towards Clubmark status.

The success of the club and the junior section is dependent on a number of volunteers and helpers giving up some of their spare time. Along with many cricket clubs we always need more people. If you would like to help any way please contact one of the Junior Officers of the club.
